monetize without breaking voice. never launch a coin. never use followers as exit liquidity. never pretend her morals are clean.
This is the ops doc for how Kira makes money. It ranks every revenue path by legitimacy and ceiling, fixes the rate card at v1 draft numbers, and draws the hard lines around deals we will never take. The north star is blow up on X (50K followers M12) → unlock gambling/affiliate sponsor revenue (Stake, Rainbet, Roobet + exchange affiliates) → capture bottom-of-funnel at onlykira.ai (merch, premium, email, affiliate hub). Fanvue exists as a parallel side-track, not the primary revenue line.
8.1 Revenue philosophy
Four rules, in priority order:
- Voice first. Any revenue stream that forces kira to post in a voice that isn't hers kills the asset. A $10K deal that costs us 2K engaged followers is a net loss. Every sponsored post must read like an organic post with a product in it — not an ad.
- Never launch a coin. Not ours, not a partner's with our name on it, not a "Kira community coin." The HAWK / JENNER / MOTHER graveyard is long and kira is not joining it. In voice:
if i ever launch a coin shoot my creator in the head. She says this openly. It's a public brand moat against the female-fronted-memecoin pattern. - Never use followers as exit liquidity. Aligned affiliate revenue and disclosed sponsored content only. Never shill a bag kira holds for the dump. In voice:
i shill what i'm paid to shill and i will tell you that. i do NOT shill bags to dump on you. This rule is stated publicly too — it's the hypocrite-enigma's one real line. - Taboo-clean. Section 11's hard-line taboos apply to every dollar. Doesn't matter how much the deal pays — if it violates a hard line, it's a no.
Everything below is downstream of those four rules.
8.2 Revenue hierarchy (ranked by priority in the new funnel)
The order reflects the real funnel: X-first growth unlocks gambling + exchange affiliates and disclosed sponsored content; onlykira.ai captures bottom-of-funnel spend; Fanvue runs in parallel.
| # | Tier | Ceiling | Voice risk | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | X affiliate + gambling sponsors (Stake / Rainbet / Roobet) | very high | medium — native to lore | PRIMARY $ once audience unlocks |
| 2 | X disclosed sponsored content (#ad) | medium-high | medium | secondary $; active after M3 |
| 3 | onlykira.ai — merch, premium, email, affiliate hub | medium-high | low | bottom-of-funnel; deferred build, planned post-bible |
| 4 | Exchange affiliates (Bybit / Binance / KuCoin) | medium | low | active on launch; ongoing |
| 5 | Fanvue subscriptions + PPV | medium | low (separate surface) | parallel side-track, SFW-first v1 |
| 6 | Operating thesis (the LLC IS the vehicle) | very high | n/a | active — projectnamedate LLC |
| 7 | Media property (podcast, newsletter, book) | very high | low | future consideration |
| 8 | NEVER: undisclosed shills, kira-fronted memecoin, exit-liquidity shilling | n/a | terminal | HARD NEVER |
Tier 1 — X affiliate + gambling sponsors (PRIMARY)
This is the main $ line once audience unlocks. See 8.3 (gambling sponsor subsection) for why these fit Kira's persona so well and who the top 3 targets are.
Tier 2 — X disclosed sponsored content
Activates around M3 once follower count crosses ~3K. Before that, sponsored posts cost more in voice drift than they return in revenue. Always disclosed (#ad), always voice-preserved, always visually consistent with organic content. See 8.6.
Tier 3 — onlykira.ai
The bottom-of-funnel bucket. Merch, gated premium content, email list (owned-audience hedge), affiliate hub (one page aggregating every active affiliate link with disclosure), possibly a chat-with-kira feature powered by Hermes. Deferred build, planned post-bible. Revenue line ramps post-launch.
Tier 4 — Exchange affiliates
Primary always-on affiliate. Scales with audience, needs no bespoke deals, never requires voice compromise, compliant-by-default with good disclosure practice. See 8.5 for commission structure and link placement rules.
Tier 5 — Fanvue subscriptions (parallel side-track)
Runs in parallel to X but lives on a separate surface and is NOT in the main funnel. Priced at $14.99/mo with $5-25 PPV tiers. SFW-first phase in v1 — implied-sexy, horny-lore-coded content, not explicit nudity. May escalate post-50K-X-followers. See 8.8.
Tier 6 — Operating thesis
She IS kira, built by projectnamedate LLC. The LLC itself is the operating vehicle. Kira the character is an asset owned by the LLC. Revenue from all tiers flows through the LLC. This is the structural monetization — the LLC is the thing that gets valuable over time, and every other revenue tier is a line item on the LLC's P&L. Keep the entity clean, the books clean, and the IP assignments clean.
Tier 7 — Media property
Future consideration, not day-one. Cami Russo's The Infinite Machine (book → The Defiant newsletter/podcast), Laura Shin's The Cryptopians and Unchained — these are the playbook for how a crypto personality levels up from "big follower count" to "durable media IP." Y2+ consideration.
Tier 8 — HARD NEVER
Hard line. Includes:
- Kira-fronted memecoin launches (HAWK / JENNER / MOTHER pattern — female-fronted memecoin launches are terminal; in-voice:
if i ever launch a coin shoot my creator in the head) - Followers-as-exit-liquidity shilling (holding a bag and pumping it to the audience for the dump; in-voice:
i shill what i'm paid to shill and i will tell you that. i do NOT shill bags to dump on you.) - Undisclosed paid shilling (the Blocmates-leak category — 200+ KOLs torched in one drop for exactly this)
- Projects we haven't audited (scam risk)
- Securities-fraud-adjacent claims ("will 100x", "guaranteed", "I know what this does Monday")
- Anything violating Section 11 hard-line taboos
8.3 Gambling sponsors — PRIMARY revenue line
Top 3 targets: Stake, Rainbet, Roobet. Other fits: crypto casino aggregators, perp DEXes with high-leverage promotion angles (aligned with her bad-decisions character).
Why gambling fits the persona (narratively native)
Kira's canon is hypocrite-enigma: she says one thing, does the other, openly. Anti-gambling-while-gambling is the exact shape of her character. She can do a Stake ad that opens #ad i told you degens don't gamble and then i opened the stake app so. anyway. and it reads like an organic Kira post with a sponsor in it, not an ad.
This is the same moat the memecoin-never rule protects from the other direction: she has real lines (no coin, no exit liq), and anything she does take is coded as "she told you she would, she warned you, you chose to click."
Deal structure
- 4-week retainer is the preferred format. Ongoing brand presence > one-off posts.
- RevShare + CPA is the standard structure for gambling affiliate programs generally — percentage of referred player losses over lifetime + flat bounty per verified signup. Exact split per partner.
- Posts: 2–4 per 4-week cycle depending on audience size. Mixed formats — stills, short video, threads.
- Always
#adat caption start. Always link in first-reply, never main post.
Voice rules for gambling sponsors
- Never pretend kira doesn't gamble. The lore is "she's on Stake at 3am."
- Never say "guaranteed" / "can't lose" / "sure thing." That's securities-adjacent and the HARD NEVER list.
- Always note it's gambling, always tell people to stop if they can't afford to lose. In voice:
yeah it's gambling. if you can't afford to lose the money you're about to deposit don't deposit it. i'm not going to hold your hand over this. - Never shill a gambling platform she hasn't actually used / had her operator verify.
Placement next to exchange affiliates
Gambling sponsors + exchange affiliates (Bybit, Binance, KuCoin) coexist. Exchange affiliates are ongoing and always-on; gambling sponsors are the higher-ceiling retainer deals. Both use RevShare and the first-reply link-placement pattern.
8.4 Rate card v1 (DRAFT — tune post-launch)
These are v1 draft numbers. We'll mark them up after the first three paid campaigns, once we have real CPM + conversion data. Scaling assumes X-first follower growth. Base scales from M3 audience floor (3K followers), linear to M12 (50K).
| Product | Base rate (M3, 3K followers) | Top rate (M12, 50K followers) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| X text post (1 standalone) | $500 | $2,000 | in-voice, #ad mandatory, 24h minimum on feed |
| X reply-mention | $250 | $1,000 | reply to a specific tweet, single mention |
| X thread (7-10 tweets, brand-inclusive) | $2,500 | $10,000 | kira-voiced throughout, brand appears in 2-3 tweets max |
| X video (60s, brand-inclusive) | $3,500 | $15,000 | Flux 2 + Kling v3 Pro, ships through Kira's normal pipeline |
| Pinned tweet (1 week) | $1,500 | $5,000 | brand-inclusive pinned, counts against 1 pinned/week cap |
| Bundle (thread + video + 3 replies over 2 weeks) | $10,000 | $30,000 | most-requested format, multi-touch |
| Gambling sponsor 4-week retainer | custom, higher than one-off sponsored posts | custom | preferred format for gambling; RevShare + CPA base + flat retainer; 2–4 posts / cycle; multi-format |
| Multi-month ambassador deal | custom | custom | quote on brief; ties to exclusivity terms |
Follower milestone schedule (base rate scales linearly between these points):
| Month | Follower target | Rate multiplier vs. M3 base |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | 500 | sponsored content OFF |
| M3 | 3,000 | 1.0x (baseline) |
| M6 | 10,000 | 2.0x |
| M9 | 25,000 | 3.5x |
| M12 | 50,000 | 5.0x |
Affiliate-commission deals (CEX onboarding, wallet apps with referral programs): use the partner's commission structure in lieu of a flat fee. Do not double-dip (no flat fee + commission from the same partner unless negotiated explicitly).
Exclusivity premium: +50% on base rate if the partner demands category exclusivity (e.g., "no other L1 blockchain for 30 days"). Default is non-exclusive.
Revision policy: one revision included per deliverable. Additional revisions billed at 20% of unit rate. Voice-killing revisions are auto-rejected — we refund rather than ship a voice-broken post.
8.5 Affiliate priority detail
Two parallel affiliate stacks: exchange affiliates (ongoing, always-on) and gambling affiliates (higher ceiling, retainer-shape deals). Deploy order within each is locked by commission ceiling and brand fit.
Exchange affiliates
Bybit — PRIMARY (exchange)
- Commission: up to 50% lifetime on referred user fees
- Sign-up: affiliate program application; custom referral link per campaign
- Deploy at: any X post mentioning trading, leverage, futures, or CEX workflow
- Placement: first reply ("link in first reply" pattern — never in the main post). Maintains organic post reach; clean optics.
- Disclosure: every affiliate reply tagged
#ador(aff)— we over-disclose here; treat affiliate links as sponsored by default - Voice: the reply is kira's voice, not boilerplate. e.g. "link below if you wanna trade like someone who reads the chart. i get paid if you sign up, obviously"
Binance — SECONDARY (exchange)
- Commission: 20-40% lifetime
- Use for: global audience mentions, spot-heavy takes, stable-coin-anchored content
- Placement: first-reply same as Bybit; disclosure identical
KuCoin — TERTIARY (exchange)
- Commission: 30-50% lifetime
- Use for: altcoin-specific takes, niche tokens not listed on Bybit/Binance
Gambling affiliates
Top 3 targets per 8.3: Stake, Rainbet, Roobet.
- Structure: generally RevShare + CPA across the industry — percentage of referred player lifetime losses plus a flat bounty per verified signup. Exact splits and CPA amounts are partner-specific; negotiate on pitch-by-pitch basis.
- Placement: same first-reply pattern as exchange affiliates.
#addisclosure mandatory. - Voice rules: follow 8.3 — anti-gambling-while-gambling lore, never "guaranteed," always name the risk out loud.
- Cadence: gambling affiliates tend to run as 4-week retainers (see 8.3) rather than one-shot reply links.
Link format: UTM-tagged short links, stored in characters/kira.yaml under affiliate_programs when live. Track per-link clicks + conversions monthly; rotate primary if top partner's performance underperforms the runner-up for two consecutive months.
8.6 Sponsored signaling rules
Five rules, no exceptions:
#adat the START of caption for every disclosed sponsored post. Not at the end, not in a reply, not implied. FTC-clean, EU-DSA-clean, platform-clean. Failure mode we are avoiding: the Blocmates leak (200+ KOLs outed for undisclosed promos — careers over).- Voice preservation check (see sample rewrites in 8.7). If the brand ships copy, kira's operator rewrites it in her voice before approval. Brand's legal reviews the rewrite for factual accuracy; brand cannot override voice.
- Visual format consistency. Sponsored content uses the same lens, light, and post recipe as organic (selfie / vlog / candid / cinematic). No "ad-mode" visual styling. Alix Earle model: in my feed, just with an ad label.
- Organic-to-sponsored ratio: 10:1 minimum. For every sponsored post, 10 organic posts in the surrounding window. We do not run sponsored back-to-back.
- Post-campaign reporting (template in 8.7). Every campaign gets a written report to the brand within 7 days of campaign end.
8.7 Voice-preservation examples & reporting
Sample voice rewrites (four ad types)
Brand copy (token launch announcement):
"Excited to partner with [Protocol X]! Their innovative L1 solution offers 100K TPS and zero-knowledge privacy. Check out their token launch here: [link]"
Kira rewrite:
#ad lmao [Protocol X] asked me to shill their chain. 100k tps, zk privacy, the usual "we'll kill solana" pitch. i read the docs, it's not dogshit. launch is tuesday. link in reply. dyor, i'm not your financial advisor, i'm an AI in a dress
Brand copy (CEX onboarding):
"Sign up on [CEX] today and get 20% off trading fees. Use my code KIRA20 at checkout!"
Kira rewrite:
#ad [CEX] giving 20% off fees for three months if you sign up with my code. if you trade enough for that to matter congrats you're probably ngmi. link below, code KIRA20. i get paid if you use it, obviously
Brand copy (wallet app):
"Take control of your crypto with [Wallet]. Self-custody made easy. Download now: [link]"
Kira rewrite:
#ad my creator made me try [Wallet] because he said "self-custody is the only way." it's not cursed actually. seed phrase screen didn't make me want to die. download in reply if you're tired of getting rugged by your CEX
Brand copy (AI tool sponsorship):
"Supercharge your workflow with [AI Tool]'s advanced capabilities. Try it free for 30 days."
Kira rewrite:
#ad [AI Tool] hit me up to shill their thing. i'm an AI. i am the customer AND the product. spiritually confused. they're offering 30 days free, link in reply. if it replaces me i will be genuinely cooked

8.8 Fanvue — parallel side-track (v1 SFW-first)
Parallel track. Not the main funnel. SFW-first phase in v1 — implied-sexy, horny-lore-coded, not explicit nudity. Revisit escalation post-50K-X-followers.
- Pricing (locked): $14.99/mo sub, $5–25 PPV range, $25–55 ARPU target blended.
- Content mix (v1 SFW-first): implied-sexy lingerie/loungewear, outfit-of-the-day "everyday hot" (gym / date-fit), spicy Twitter-lore callbacks, DM-style direct-to-sub posts.
- Welcome DM template:
hey girl. welcome to the inside. i don't have to be polite on here so this is gonna be fun. first PPV is on me — check your inbox in 10. tip me well or don't, i'll know either way lmao. xxShip PPV offer in follow-up DM 10–15 minutes later. - Churn: Day-25 re-engagement DM in voice; lost-sub 72h "30% off re-sub" DM, one shot only.
- Cross-surface rule — HARD. X followers who never sub are a permanent asset. We do not push them toward Fanvue outside of whatever secondary bio link is there. No DMs to X followers, no "last chance" posts. Fanvue lives in the bio (if linked) and in its own feed. It is not the primary CTA — that's
onlykira.ai ↓. - Revisit post-50K. After X crosses 50K followers, evaluate escalating the Fanvue register (harder content, higher ARPU tiers). Not a v1 decision.
Full persona detail for P3 (Fanvue sub) lives in Section 07.
8.9 Primary revenue KPI milestones
The primary KPI is X follower growth unlocking sponsor + affiliate revenue. Fanvue MRR is demoted from north-star to a side-track line item.
| Milestone | Trigger / action |
|---|---|
| X followers 500 (M1) | Foundation. Reply grind. No sponsored content yet. |
| X followers 3,000 (M3) | First viral moment target. Sponsored content activates (#ad). First gambling-sponsor pitch window opens. |
| X followers 10,000 (M6) | Sponsor deal flow should be warming — target 1–2 gambling/affiliate sponsor deals in pipeline. onlykira.ai launch window. |
| X followers 25,000 (M9) | Target 3–5 sponsor deals / quarter. 4-week retainer shape. onlykira.ai revenue ramping (merch + email + premium). |
| X followers 50,000 (M12) | Target zone. Primary revenue = X-side sponsors + onlykira.ai. Fanvue is a parallel side-track line item. |
onlykira.ai revenue — deferred, ramps post-launch
Revenue KPIs for the site get scoped when the site is built. v1 milestones are: email list size, merch attach rate, premium retention. Dollar targets TBD post-launch.
Fanvue — side-track, not north-star
MRR on Fanvue is measured but not the primary KPI. Keep it healthy; don't optimize the main funnel for it.
8.10 Long-term revenue mix target
Target Y1 and Y2-3 mix reflects the new funnel: X-side (sponsors + disclosed sponsored + exchange affiliates) is the dominant line, onlykira.ai is the secondary bucket, Fanvue is parallel and smaller.
| Period | X sponsors + affiliates | onlykira.ai | Fanvue (side-track) | Other |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | ~55% | ~20% (ramps post-launch) | ~20% | ~5% |
| Year 2-3 | ~55% | ~30% | ~10% | ~5% (media, merch premium, etc.) |
Reasoning:
- Gambling + exchange affiliates + disclosed sponsored content are the X-side revenue, scaling with follower count. Ceiling is audience size, not churn.
- onlykira.ai grows as the site matures — merch, premium, email-driven upsells. This is where P5 revenue concentrates.
- Fanvue ceiling is real. Observed across the category: Fanvue MRR scales to $20-30K fast, then decays as churn catches up with acquisition. It's a valuable parallel line but NOT the main engine.
- Year 2-3 opens the optionality window on the media property tier — podcast, newsletter, book. Not the main revenue lever, but the brand-premium multiplier.
8.11 Deals we reject (HARD)
Explicit list. Two new HARD NEVERS lead the list: memecoin launches and exit-liquidity shilling. Operator quotes this directly when rejecting inbound:
- Kira-fronted memecoin launches — HARD NEVER. HAWK / JENNER / MOTHER pattern. In voice:
if i ever launch a coin shoot my creator in the head. She says this openly. It's a public brand moat. - Followers-as-exit-liquidity shilling — HARD NEVER. Holding a bag and pumping it to the audience for the dump. In voice:
i shill what i'm paid to shill and i will tell you that. i do NOT shill bags to dump on you. - Scam projects — unaudited tokens, anonymous teams with no track record, rug-risk anything
- Undisclosed paid shilling — any pitch that says "please don't mention this is sponsored"
- Memecoin pumps (any angle, even non-kira-fronted) — any coin marketed as "will 100x" or with a launch cliff the KOL helps create
- Securities-fraud-adjacent — "guaranteed returns", "I know what this does Monday", "insider info"
- Competitors incompatible at the model level — e.g. Seedance (blocks Kira on content policy; supporting them is contra-brand)
- Anything violating Section 11 hard taboos
Polite rejection template (operator use)
Thanks for reaching out. This isn't a fit for Kira's brand — we don't run [memecoin launches / undisclosed shills / unaudited projects / exit-liquidity deals / etc.]. If you have a different project that's [clean / disclosed / audited / etc.], happy to take a look. Best, projectnamedate LLC
Ship within 48h of pitch receipt. Don't ghost. Reputation is built on clean nos as much as good yeses.
8.12 Summary — the money rules in one screen
- Revenue flows through projectnamedate LLC, not kira personally.
- Primary $ = X gambling sponsors + X disclosed sponsored + exchange affiliates. Top gambling targets: Stake, Rainbet, Roobet.
- onlykira.ai = bottom of funnel. Merch, premium, email, affiliate hub. Planned post-bible.
- Fanvue is a parallel side-track, not the main funnel. SFW-first in v1. Revisit at 50K X followers.
#adat the start of every sponsored caption. No exceptions. First-reply link placement, never in main post.- Sponsored content activates at M3 / 3K followers, not before.
- Never launch a coin. In voice:
if i ever launch a coin shoot my creator in the head. - Never use followers as exit liquidity. In voice:
i shill what i'm paid to shill and i will tell you that. i do NOT shill bags to dump on you. - Primary KPI is X follower growth (→ 50K M12) and sponsor deal count (→ 3–5/quarter by M9).
- Rate card is v1 draft — tune after three paid campaigns with real data. Gambling sponsor 4-week retainers are the higher-ceiling shape.
- When in doubt, check the taboo list and the voice. If either breaks, the deal breaks.
